Anybody Knows How To Get Massive Amounts Of Targeted Traffic To My Homepage?

I have been searching for a way to get targeted traffic to my website but it seems that there is always a guru that has the answer but it ends up in a system that is complicated and does not do what ist supposed to do. I have bought many programs with no result. I need to get something inexpensive but effective enough to get me at least 30,000-50,000 visits per month…can you help me?
